An avid cocktail enthusiast, Valentin seeks out the best bars and hidden gems whenever he travels, building a mental library of inspiration to bring back home. His true collection, though, is whiskey—bottles from around the world that spark curiosity and conversation.
Valentin believes cocktail-making should be approachable, social, and a little bit playful. In his workshops, he shares not just recipes, but the techniques and small secrets that bartenders use to elevate every drink. Guests can expect equal parts education and entertainment: you’ll shake, stir, and sip while hearing stories, swapping ideas, and discovering how fun it is to experiment with flavors.
